Terms of Use

Last updated 14 October 2026

BiteHunt is a shortlist, not a safety guarantee. Always read the label on the package before you buy, eat or serve anything, especially if you or someone you shop for has a food allergy. BiteHunt is not medical or nutrition advice.

What BiteHunt is

BiteHunt is an early pilot that suggests packaged foods sold at a few stores, based on what you type and the profile you set up. It is free during the pilot, may change or stop at any time, and may have errors.

Where the information comes from, and its limits

Your responsibility

You decide what to buy and eat. Check every label yourself. If you manage a serious allergy or a medical diet, rely on the package and on your doctor or dietitian, not on BiteHunt.

No warranty and limits of liability

BiteHunt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, BiteHunt and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the service or reliance on its information.

Fair use

Please don't overload the service, scrape it, try to get into other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Product names and images

Brand names, product names and images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products. BiteHunt is not affiliated with or endorsed by any store or brand.
